What is the difference between functional spec and technical
spec?

whenever we are identify gaps that time we have to prepare
one document be cause fill the gap. in the time of
functional consultant(SD,FICO,MM,PP) will prepare functional
spec .based on functional spec technical consultant(ABAP)
will prepare technical spec.
