Proper availability of sku's in the market,per beat outlet coverage should be high,have to start placing products in unconventional outlets i.e new channel development,repitive sales promo activity separatel;y for customers and for retailers.Branding should be done in a proper way and change in the type has to be done so that customers should get a different feel for the product.
