Dyn11 means that the High Voltage phase A is leading the
Low Voltage phase a by 330 deg. High Voltage phase B is
leading low Voltage Phase b by 330 deg. And similar for
Phases C /c. If you don't care about the correct name/mark
of the LV phase, you can also say that the LV phase is
leading with 30 deg. But in the latter case, the vector
group term 11 loses its original meaning.
