supervisor.I am working as an electrical engineer in
Gujarat with 3 yrs of exp.and did my BE electrical from
Madhya Pradesh.

how to have a certificate of competency for electrical supervisor for ongc 2013 post..i have completed my b.tech from electrical and electronics engineering from srmscet bareilly.
Am i even elligible also or not for this exam as i have filled the form but do not have that certificate of competency.
