Remedy is the ticketing tool developed by BMC corporation. By ticketing tool it means that we can assign certain requests and defects in the live project with a unique number, which helps the business people and the other stake holders track it in a better way.
In a high level view, this tool has got some important features like assigning and tracking Incidents (INC#), work orders and change requests for specific business needs. Also this tool can send out emails, and other notifications which can alert user on the go.
