Severity can be explained as impact on the Application.
Priority can be discussed as Importance to Deliver
Comming to the High Priority Low Severity case,
Eg : If the Application containing the Client logo which is corrupted, its impact on the application is low. But to the client prospective its a High Priority.
Comming to the Low Priority High Severity case,
Eg : A master screen crased in a support module which usability is less in application
Comming to the Low Priority Low Severity case,
Eg : A usability issue in any less used area.
