1)AC 10.0 is based on ABAP box. it is integrated with GRC
PC&RM together.
2)AC 5.3 is using Java box. it is more complex one.
ADVANTAGE:
AC 10.0 is more bug-free and high performence.

In Agr_1251 we are able to see 100 roles but in SUIM we are able to see 120 roles what's the reason behind this ? why is the difference between the SUIM and the AGR table ?
