Find the Error by using Transaction Error Processing.
system will show the type of the error like Inventory, interface, serial issue etc.
fix the issue specific to the module and reprocess the open interface.
We can use following programs to find and fix the errors.

3.Install Base Open Interface
4.Resubmit Interface Process
