Role matrix is combination of two or more different Tcodes
(i.e, Business processes).
Matrix will be designed based on business user requirement
and there should not be conflict between two or more
different processes, this can be found using matrix easyly.

authorization issue. We had asssigned company codes 'BUKRS' in range for example 4000-4220 some come company code is working some are not working means in between ranges . could you please post the answer as early as possible.
