PARKING DOCUMENT:
Parking document refers to storing of any incomplete documents which can later be used for posting. It is used for internal purposes. Parked document can be viewed by anyone.
HOLD DOCUMENT:
Holding document is used for external purposes. while holding a document user has to specify a number. The hold document cannot be viewed by anyone expect the user who held the document.
