lessor and lease.
setups
1. create the leased asset category
2. lease details ( who is the lessor)
3. lease payment schedule( amount per month)
4. create lease asset with detail additions
5. lease payments.

HI, once we create the standard invoice then we can get journal entry item expense a/c-dr to liability a.c then item it will reflect through inventory, but liability a/c . it will reflect from GL , it is possible .
