The IDE for TIBCO is TIBCO Business Works, which is more like a SDLC tool. It is not similar to Eclipse in any manner. This tool could be used to create, generate and fetch data from web services. However it provides much more facilities than this. Its main usage resides in the fields of Financial services, Telecommunication Retail Banking etc.
