Basically five responsibilities
1- revenue and operations
2-shop processes- like store hygiene,planogram,price sticker,display of offers, maintaining dsr and other reports,control of outlets expense
3-inventory control,audit
4-managing a team of staffs by training, grooming, recruiting etc
5- finally ensuring SOP compliance
