PM02 and PM03 ,both are used for for external service ,but
in PM03 you need to give service details like which service
no, quantity and cost, but in PM02 you don't need to
maintain service detail and if DIMP is activate ,with PM02
,subcontracting tick mark will be there due to which a
subcontracting PR will be created.
