FIRST OF ALL CORRECT YOUR QUESTION,
ACBs are not Used In HT Side.
& THE DIFFRENT RATINGS OF VCB/SF6 Breakers Depends on your system voltage.
VCB ratings 11kv,33kv
SF6 available from 11kv to 440kv and so on.
