In breif
Intercompany transaction happens in two flows in oracle
apps
Shipping Flow and Procurement flow ,
In case of shipping flow , If the sale order is booked from
OU and shippied from another OU , than the transaction is
called intercompany transaction.
In case of procurement flow , if the Purchase order is
raised from One OU and recuived in another OU than , the
transction is called Intercomapny transaction.
