By using of PDA DETECTOR WE CAN DETERMIN THE PEAK PURITY.
Peak purity mean that analyte peak or impurity peak may have
no interference with another unknown or known peak.
we have three methods to determine the peak purity.
those are 1. Spectral comparison method or vector method
2. Background correction method and 3. dimensional
method
