how to start the albd_server in windows if it is stopped?

1) start-> Control Panel-> Clearcase
2) Double Click On the Clearcase Icon File
3) 'ClearCase Properties' window will appear.
4) Select "service Startup" tab-> click on 'Start ClearCase'
then "Status of the albd service" will get started. click ok to continue.
