My company X is going to file L1 Individual Petition. Can I simultaneously apply for some company in US lets say B and I clear my interview and they apply for my H1 Visa. Will there be a problem in processing L1 Individual by company A as other company B may also start processing my H1 at the same time( as it takes some time to process H1). Please advice what should I do. Let L1 get processed first, then sit in interview of company B...Suggest me what should I do?
I have done Diploma in Mechanical engineering. I am going to attend interview for L1 VISA. Earlier I had worked in 3 companies and there was a gap of 6months in between. Hi, I got rejected 3 times for B1 2 years back. but that time i was working for small company. now i am going to appear for the L1 visa. my profile has couple of changes, one is, i am working for a bigger well known company and now i have completed MCA. earlier when i got rejected B1, i only had MBA which is not a technical degree since i am into software development. My L1 Blanket petition got rejected stating the Reason - Not clearly approvable. The option that they have selected on the blue form is : Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I) (ii) (D ) and INA 101 (a) (15) (L). You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition. Can someone suggest me what should be my next approach . What type of visa should i reapply for ?
Hi, I went for L1B visa interview last week and VO told me that you are qualified but apply for H1 or Indivi L1. and he has written as Not clearly approvable on I129. so if i apply again what is the success rate? and he has not given me any slip and DD return also!!

My H1 visa was filed through US employer in April 2008. After one month (in may 2008), my current employer in India initiated the L1 Blanket visa processing and i got the visa in September 2008. I went to US and worked there on L1 visa for one month and returned to India. In November 2008, i have attended the H1 visa interview as it got picked in lottary. During that interview, visa officer cancelled my L1 visa and put a query on H1. But i failed to submit the required docs by November 2009 as my US employer didn't provide them. Now the same employer in India initiated L1 blaket visa and the interview is schedled in next week. Could anyone share any information that would help me to give my best in the coming interview??
