can any one tell leakage class in control valve depend on
which parameter and there is any specific table or chart for
selection of valve leakage class

It mainly depends on the fluid property passing through the
control valve i.e temp, viscosity etc.
Eg for Steam application we have to select ClassIV leakage
class,ClassVI can't be used for the same, as Class VI
leakage class can be achieved by using Metal to Soft
sealing & soft sealing can't withstand this high
temperature.
