If a system needs high starting torque then corresponding motor will draw very high current, in such a case it may get overload or probably causes electrical flash which is not acceptable. The remedy for this is to use star delta starter for the motor so initial current drawn by motor will be within safe conditions of motor.

We have Demin Closed cooling water system with expansion tank for cooling oil system. Expansion tank having N2 bladder. Whenever N2 bladder bursts out, Closed cooling water circuit pressure drops and make-up happening, eventhough there is no leaks. And how Circuit pressure drops?

They are always redundant and connected through diode so that if one power supply fails the other can take the charge immediately.so it is possible to replace one of them in running plant if the other one is healthy.
