1. purpose of Visit?
Answer: Be confident while answering this question. Don’t
use any technical words like “I am going to work for one of
the project…. ) . The answer should contain some thing like
( It is a Business Visit. I am going to meet my
counterpart at my parent company in US for the knowledge
sharing and technical Trainings )

My L1 petition (not visa)has got denied before 1 month, because of incomplete documents so I couldnt appear for interview. Now I am (my org) planning to get for B1 visa. What are the chances to reject my B1 Visa? How much is the risk factor? During filling form for B1, whether i need to enter the information about petition deny?

Hi - I had attended US B1 visa interview on 19th July 2017 (Wednesday) and I got "rejected". The The counselor had given the reason for 214 (B) section, I got 30 reasons for rejection after I had checked in google, Can someone help me? Hi! I got rejected for my visitor visa for U.S.A. I am a CA in India and have my own firm. I also work at a company as a consultant. When they asked about, what i do for living, i said i have my own firm and didn't mention about my consulting job. They gave me reason stating that they think i am going to stay in U.S.A. What proof or evidence i should take with me for the next time? If I mention about my consulting job, does it make any differences? they didn't even see any of my papers. Please advise.
