1. purpose of Visit?
Answer: Be confident while answering this question. Don’t
use any technical words like “I am going to work for one of
the project…. ) . The answer should contain some thing like
( It is a Business Visit. I am going to meet my
counterpart at my parent company in US for the knowledge
sharing and technical Trainings )

Hi, I have applied the form for US visa. In this form i applied for a business visit visa(B1/B2). Although when i went to schedule the interview date the clas type B1/B2 falls under 2 categories(purpose of travel)i.e Business and Tourist. I cannot manage to get an interview date with Business but i can through Tourist(B1/B2) class visa. Can i go ahead an schedule an appointment through this way
Hi, I have 1.5 years experience in international IT company. We are exhibiting in world largest event in USA related to our solution. I have all the documents and call letter from USA and my company provide me all the expanses. My application was rejected without any reason. I asked others for the reason they say you never visit any country before so are are rejected. It is true ? Hi, I am working for AllState India since from 1.8 years(Overall 4.8 years of experience) and I had applied for B1 visa during Jan-2014 and it got rejected coz of 214(b) section.I would like to brief about the questions that are asked during my interview. 1.Why I am travelling to USA. 2.For how many days you are travelling. *Ans*: 8 weeks (as mentioned in my invitation letter) and the purpose of travelling . 3. Interviewer felt the period is very long and cross questioned me why such a long period. *Ans* : Repeated the same reason as said above with elaboration. 4. Again cross questioned , the said schedule is only for 4 weeks and what is the schedule for remaining 4 weeks. *Ans*:Repeated the above answer. (May be here i went wrong) 5. Asked about my overall experience,Domain knowledge , took all relevant documents and come back with the rejection form. :-( Now its 9 months passed , so shall I reapply for B1 again? If so , what are the things I need to considered before re-applying? I am still working in the same company (AllState India) , but this time I am suppose to get the invitation letter just for 1 week and in April-2014 my salary also got increased(even my manager mentioned he will change the designation as well in the invitation letter). For B1 visa my agent has fraud me with the fake documents and I have committed and given them in written that the documents are fake . Hi , May i know what is the time gap maintained between visits ? once i got my B1/B2 approved in Jan 2014 i was their in US from Jan'14 to may 14 (3mnths)and again went back in Nov'14 and stayed till may'15 ( 6 mnths) when can i travel again ?
