Hypo test is HIGH VOLTAGE test according to voltage rating under test. Say for 415 V , AT 2KV /4KV as per customer requirement & for 11 KV , 28 KV OR SO..bASICALLY IT IS ACTUALLY HIGH VOLTAGE TEST. However meggering is a measurement of DC equivelent insulation resistance of any insulation.

Please provided formula for calculate the cable size from step up transformer to M.V panel, run overhead aluminum cables, total load is 5mega watt, total length 900 feet.
