What is the Difference between A/C Payee Chq. and Bearer

A/c payee cheque have to deposit in the bank account of the
person, in favour cheque has been issued. But any person
can withdraw the money of bearer cheque from the cash
counter of the bank after signature on the back side of the
cheque.
