CFM DIVIDED BY VELOCITY MULITIPLY BY 144 AND DIVIDED BY
DUCT HEIGHT.
FOR EXAMPLE CFM IS 1000
VFM IS 1200
1000/1200*144= 119 / DUCT HEIGHT IS 14 INCHES
119 / 14 = 8.5 IS DUCT WIDTH.
