Access sequence is the search strategy (engine) system uses
to find valid condition records.
Access sequence has hierarchy of individual access in the
form of condition tables.
These condition tables are arranged from specific to generic
in descending order.
Now coming to the question how they are controlled.
1. requirements: it provides a condition for individual
access, and they will be performed only after this condition
is fulfilled
2. exclusion indicator: you can provide a exclusion
indicator for individual access, and if maintained system
stop the processing of further access if a valid condition
record if found for a access set with exclusion indicator.
