Customization means when the customers requirement cant be
met with standard SAP and thus you use Z programs(user exits
etc).
Configurations means configuring the standard SAP system to
meet the customer requirement without using any Z programs

Hi Experts, Have you worked on IDOC’s? Can you list out important t-codes in IDOC’s and their brief explanation for what they are used for in general and specific t-codes which are useful for SAP SD Module? In Order - what have you done exactly, did you do the entire setup in SAP, and if yes, can you walk me through it?
one of interviewer asked me this requirement please tell me anybody? Issue: the problem faced by us right now is,when there are more than 2 route codes available, users can select a wrong route code which is a longer route for the destination, the physical shipment can still go through a shorter route, but company will end up in paying more. Requirement: user maintained route list, the user will maintain a master from which route should be picked, users should be able to enable or disable a particular route. Thanks in advance
