Consignment Issue:
1.reduces customer consignment stock
2.has order-delivery-PGI-billing (invoice)
3.represents customer has used the goods from the
consignment stock.
4. uses movement type 633
5. uses document type CI
Consignment Return
1.recreates customer consignment stock
2.has order-delivery-PGR-billing (credit memo)
3.represents customer has returned the goods to the
consignment stock.
