How decided 10 ppm standard solution in Swab, rinse method.?
Answer Posted / kalyan
First we have to prepare 10 ppm standard solution with the respective solvent then we have to determine the abosorbance of that std by using uv after that we have to find the rinsed or swab sample absorbance by usig uv then we can calculate the result using the formula:(sample absorbance/standard absorbance)*10 then we will get the result in ppm
