1q: Every marketing plan will have a campaign . Actions gets
used there to execute the campaign. Actions triggers the
followup activities like creation of leads, email campaign etc..
2Q: Before, every every process like coordiantion of
marketing/ sales / service does not exists. Now after
implementation of the solution, proper integration happened
and helps in effective communicaiton between all the stake
holdes of the business. proper communication established
between diffrent departments.
