What is difference between Test Plan and Test Strategy

Test Strategy - the main aim of testing strategy is how
testing flows.. i.e. the main functions to be tested and
navigation, flow, imp functionalists, other aspects which
needs to cover.
Test Plan: The way you are going to execute your test
cases... executing list of test cases based on the priority
and flow...
