Pf is calculated on Basic+DA @12% example if basic salary
is 4000/- and DA(dearness Allowance) is 500/- then pf is
(4000+500)*12/100 = 540/- is pf......... "SO ihave a small dought my BASIC is 5500+(DA)2500 OK clear 8000*12/100= 960 but thay are PF deduction from my salary only 780 SO how it is possible please tell me? plz plz plz........
