suppose i joined a company 8th April 2012, and my ctc is
300000 pa. then which tax employer deduct tds or pf and haw
much tax deduct pm, where tax exemption limit is 2lac

the exemption limit exceeds the limit of RS 2 lacs then we need to deduct tax on 100,000 minus annual employee contribution of PF and professional tax.
And also need to consider the HRA and sec 80 c deductions
