specifiction is nothing but the person or object speicify every thing,coming to C.R.S,S.R.S,F.S,firstly customer gives C.R.S cstmr reqrmnt specifitn later B.A (bussiness analyst)changed that C.R.S into S.R.S now software engnineers will understand customers requirements.Now software engineers will develop project according to their domain
B.A bussiness analyst knows both c.r.s,s.r.s knowledge so he will chanes c.r.s into s.r.s
