content in ketones?

aldehydes and
ketones,
interfere with
the
normal Karl
Fischer
titration as
they react with
methanol to form
water which is
also titrated.
The
Karl Fischer
titration shows
an
incorrect, too
high water
content
or vanishing end
points with
classical
reagents
