I THINK NEUTRAL IS THE WIRE WHERE CURRENT RETURNS IN NORMAL ALTERNATING CURRENT FROM PHASE TERMINAL WHERE AS NEUTRAL IS THE PATH WHERE FAULT CURRENTS WAY.
