very easy use two 7810
___IC 7810 ___ ____1st pin______2nd pin_____________3rd pin
___1st one ________12 volt AC___Gnd________________10volt o/p
___2nd one ________12 volt AC___Gnd from 1st one___-10volt o/p
in this manner we get -10volt dc
