Difference between TCP/IP and IP protocol?

TCP/IP is a protocol that create a connection between system
and transfer data to them. Internet Protocol(IP) is a
protocol that holed the address of systems. Internet
Protocol(IP) provide that address to TCP/IP to find out and
select the root.
TCP/IP is responsible for data transfer because it have
controls to transfer data.
