I am planning for a course but unable to decide either
Oracle HRMS or SAP HR, so looking forward for help i guiding
me the best course and also i am from a non technical
background.Would also wanna know institues in hyderabad

Present market scenario you can go for Oracle HRMS
Functional and the opportunities are good. for SAP the
competition is more. The future is good for Oracle.
