it says in neutral wire current flows under normal condition,
but when we put tester it wont glow, why?

In Neutral Wire Current doest not flow, Neutral Wire is
used to complete the Electrical Loop Only,In normal cases
current flows in the live wire upto the load and then
dissipate engergy in the load in different forms and if u
check the neutral wire with Clamp Meter (Ammeter) u will
see Zero Current. I hope my answer will satisfy u.
