There are 8 key flexfields in oracle HRMS. They are
1. Bank Details Flexfield
2. Cost Allocation Flexfield
3. Grade Flexfield
4. Job Flexfield
5. People Group Flexfield
6. Personal Analysis Flexfield
7. Position Flexfield
8. Softcoded Flexfield
