ANS: yes it is compulsory we must conduct smoke test after
receiving every build.
Maximum: 2Hours

ANS: All the testcases are stored in configuration
management system (eg:VSS)

Test Director is a test management tool
using this we can(manage requirements)

Define Requirements
View Requirements
Modify Requirements
Convert Requirements
Also we can Plan Tests

Develop a Test Plan Tree
Design Test Steps
Copy Test Steps
Call Tests with Parameters
Create Requirements Coverage
Generate Automated Test Templates

Also We can Run Tests

Define Test Sets
Add Tests to a Test Set
Schedule Test Runs
Run Tests Manually
Run Tests Automatically

Also we can Add and Track Defects

Match Defects
Update Defects
Mail Defects
Associating Defects with Tests
Create Favorite Views

Also we can store testcases, test results and we can
generate test execution reports

i will write answers for remaining questions later
