i have one ground earth for my shop but now he showing 11v how
ever my machine engineer said that he require less than 3v how
can we reduce it, i have put 8 bucket salty water in it

Your Earthing not working properly please checked earth
Wire and if broken wire please reconnect again
8V different is not acceptable.

Both generator parallel condition shared load equally but one genrator taking ampere more than the other what are all the causes to make like this
