ac motor thr rotor current dirctly proportional to slip
at the moment of starting the rotor is standstill, it means
the slip has the it is maximum value so therotor current
also maximum so,it cause rotor is burned. to avoid it we
must provide the stater.

Hi everyone. Some Generators uses 3-Pole breakers with extra contactors for Neutral. Some uses 4-Pole. Why so? What is the idea behind this? Thanks in advance for the solution. Kr.
