between or other than these standard ratings ?

basically in transformer power and frequency is always constant . also in electrical machines the elctrical instrument is represented in power so that transformer is represented in kva . moreover transformer ll only say in kva b'cos the designer of transformer ll not know the power factor of consumer load . so that transformer is represented in kva only not in watts
