• Generate Test plans as per SRC
• Review and update Test Plans, maintain on QMS
• Conduct Product / Feature testing is done as per SRD
• Implement testing automation for faster turnaround and minimize human errors
• Ensure maintenance of Testing Tools (Simulators, 3rd party tools, etc.)
• Effective use of Lab Resources for high productivity and utilization
• Ensure strict adherence to testing policy and guidelines
• 100% Test Plan review as per SRD/SRC, before conducting System Testing
• Ensure defect free product is GA released
