The cust will tell what does he want.what features
must be included in that appln.He may or may not tellyou on
which platforms(windows/linux/etc) it should work.
SRS : Software requirment Specfications
Here all the things wrt software are discussed.like
OS,Languages,etc.If m wrong.plz correct me.
