ticket is an issue(during real time transaction ) raised by
the end user,
process;-they will raise an issue to they respective head
and approve and transfer to the support team (sap support
partner) using the tool and it will come to the TEAM help
desk from it will be pass to their respective team to solve ,
the support team will solve and write a detail description
on it ,if need they will contact to the client(USER),by tele
call or by mail if needed they will take permission to enter
in their PRD SERVER
