current through inductor & voltage across capacitor is
constant? can u explin clearly?

current is nothing but flow of electrons in a closed path.
inductor is a passive element which has continuoes coil. so
current is continuoes through inductor. voltage is nothing
but potential difference between two points separated by a
distance. capacitor has a two plates separated by a
dielectric material. so voltage across capacitor is continuoes.
