as we discussed earlier,anti puming relay avoids the
multiple clossing of the breaker,if we press the close
button while the breaker is already closed,anti puming
relay comes into action.ano contact of the anti pumping
relay is connected parallely to the close coil of the
breaker.if we go on pressing the close button, parallely
connected coil will energise not close coil
